Information
Since 2005, the Ordre des Avocats Fribourgeois (OAF) has been organizing procedural and ethics courses for our association.
The courses are taught by professors from the University of Fribourg’s Faculty of Law, magistrates and lawyers, with the aim of helping students prepare for their bar exams.
The following subjects are covered in particular:
- civil procedure ;
- administrative procedure ;
- criminal procedure ;
- customs and deontology ;
- debt collection and bankruptcy (LP) ;
- pleading (registration required) ;
- various courses relating to the legal profession.
